Lodash - uniqWith method

Syntax Of Lodash uniqWith method

_.uniqWith(array, [comparator])

This Lodash uniqWith method is like _.uniq except that it accepts a comparator which is invoked to compare elements of the array. The order of result values is determined by the order they occur in the array.

Arguments

  • array (Array) โˆ’ The array to inspect.
  • [comparator] (Function) โˆ’ The comparator invoked per element.

Output

  • (Array) โˆ’ Returns the new duplicate free array.

Example

var _ = require('lodash');
var list = [{ 'x': 1, 'y': 2 }, { 'x': 2, 'y': 1 }, { 'x': 1, 'y': 2 }];
var result = _.uniqWith(list, _.isEqual);
console.log(result);

Save the above program in tester.js. Run the following command to execute this program.

Command

\>node tester.js

Output

[ { x: 1, y: 2 }, { x: 2, y: 1 } ]
